That’s very insightful, Brian! It explains so much of many choices I’ve made in my life. I went into an EFE 5 years ago without knowing it. I started my clean beauty business with zero experience because it was so different than my 20+ year experience working in the government. I’ve grown so much from this EFE to include it leading me to Atlas!
That's an awesome insight. Thanks for sharing Michele! I think one of the interesting things about EFEs is we don't really recognize we're in them until someone mentions it. They might say something like "you're at a crossroads" and you look around like "holy shit, when did this happen?"
